Can only be crafted, similar to Bottlecap Mine. Can be purchased from Gun Runners or other handgun vendors. Can be purchased from Gun Runners, or crafted from a Laser Pistol. * Tranquilizer Darts have a 25% chance to turn into intact Empty Syringes when hitting a target. * Consuming Stimpaks, Super Stimpaks or Med-X has a 50% chance of adding an Empty Syringe to the inventory. * It's now possible to knock out NPCs by manually injecting them with Tranquilizer Darts. * Tied NPC will now only use a sitting pose when they are sitting on an actual chair. * Reduced the time during which tied NPCs reset their pose when changing zones, making it a non-issue. * Removed the "Playable" flag from unplayable perks. * Having the "Pacifist" perk now grants a small fatigue damage bonus. * Added sound effects for the tying process. ![]() * Rope and Handcuffs are dropped to the ground when an NPC is untied (by player or another NPC). * World model and pipboy icon added for Rope and Handcuffs. Now you can see why tied NPCs don't talk much! * It's now possible to drag unconscious and tied NPCs. * NPCs become alert if they see tied allies.
